WMS SYSTEM FOR WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

Our client was facing the challenge of managing their own inventory and third-party inventory, but the process was not efficient and accurate as it was supported with spreadsheets, making it a manual and time-consuming process.
After a workshop with the client and identifying problems and needs, we developed a customized WMS solution that integrates with their existing systems and automatizes reception, fulfillment and reporting tasks (among many other benefits), as well as allowing better decision making through real-time data and analytics. Additionally, we developed a web app that allows customers to place orders and track the status in real-time.
Roca Depositos saw a huge increase in efficiency and productivity in warehouse operations, by improving inventory accuracy and reducing operational costs through automatization, and reduced errors. Additionally, the web app provided a better customer experience and streamlined the ordering process. The client's customers were able to place orders at any time, and track the status of their orders in real-time, which increased customer satisfaction.

COST SYSTEM AND MRP INTEGRATION

The Client, a leading packaging company, needed to migrate its cost system and integrate it to its MRP system to streamline operations and increase efficiency. The company was the owner of an in-house solution that integrated it with its MRP system and automated cost tracking and price list generation.
Stormtech migrated the cost system to an on-premise-based platform as per request of the client and integrated it with the MRP system. The integration provided real-time visibility into cost data, streamlined operations, and improved decision-making. The migration also enhanced the processes by automatizing manual operations and eliminating some errors found in the old system.
As a result, the migration and integration of the cost system with the MRP system resulted in improved efficiency, accuracy, and visibility into operations. The solution also provided a foundation for future growth and expansion.

LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT PLATAFORM

Webpack faced major challenges in their supply chain operations, with manual processes leading to inaccuracies and delays in order fulfillment. The company realized the need for a robust system to streamline operations and gain real-time visibility into their supply chain. To address these challenges, Webpack partnered with Stormtech Labs to implement a custom-built logistics management system with integrated ERP capabilities. A suite of digital tools was designed and developed to automate and streamline key processes, like inventory management, order fulfillment, inbound/outbound operations, iOS/Android mobile app for drivers, Metabase BI dashboards, fleet management, a customer service module and more tools that additionally, the system was integrated with major marketplaces such as Mercado Libre and Tienda Nube, allowing Webpack to expand their reach and tap into new revenue streams. The result was a significant improvement in operational efficiency and accuracy, with real-time visibility into their supply chain and reduced errors in order fulfillment. This ultimately led to increased sales and revenue for the company.

The system developed consists of three essential components: a web app where the Client can create a shipment, an operator web app, and a mobile app for drop-off and pick up points. This comprehensive platform streamlines the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate package handling from start to finish.
Our client web app provides an intuitive interface for clients to place their package delivery requests. The operator web app gives operators a centralized platform to manage all delivery requests and track packages in real-time. The mobile app for drop-off and pickup points facilitates the pick-up, drop-off and delivery of packages, providing real-time updates on delivery status.
The system is ready to integrate with third-party TMS and WMS systems. This means no more juggling multiple systems and manual processes - everything is organized and automated within the order management system.

IMAGE VERIFICATION THROUGH BLOCKCHAIN

The team collaborated to develop a platform that employs blockchain technology to verify the authenticity of the images and ensure that they are not tampered. To process payments, the team developed an integration with Stripe's subscription and payment platforms, allowing users to pay for photos via credit card or other payment methods. Users need to find images quickly and efficiently, so Stormtech developed an integration with Algolia to index and search through photos, helping users find images quickly and efficiently. To ensure high-quality images, the team employed image processing techniques (Python image library) to enhance the images and remove noise. Finally, to manage the platform's infrastructure, Stortech used AWS Lambda with Amazon S3, enabling the platform to automatically scale based on demand and provide a reliable, fast service to users.

Chazki needed a way to efficiently classify and sort packages to ensure prompt delivery. They came to us with the challenge of a manual and time-consuming process for classifying packages.
We worked closely with Chazki to understand their specific needs and challenges and developed a web app that integrates with Chazki systems as well as with the popular e-commerce platform, MercadoLibre, through its APIs. The app uses the data obtained to classify packages based on destination zones and size, so it then can be routed using algorithms.
As a result, our client saw a significant reduction in sorting and routing times, improved delivery times, and increased efficiency across their entire operations.
